Phobias.
Of course, it's only human nature to have phobias so, last time I checked, I was about 60% human (might actually be less than that, but I don't want to be Captain Obvious). And so, of course, I have phobias. Here are mine just so you'll know. The website The Phobia List helped me out for this one.
Acrophobia (fear of heights) -- Eeeek! I hate heights! Well, actually I sort of like them (like I always prefer sleeping a top bunk than a low bunk, and it's fun to be on treehouses and all that), but I'll literally start crying if I'm in a really tall building floor - or even if I'm shopping on the 2nd floor of a small mall. I always feel like the building's going to collapse and it's not really a comfortable feeling. What's the matter with architects and construction builders with tall buildings and stacking 60 floors on top of one another? The world's not big enough for you?!
Astraphobia (fear of lightning and thunder) -- Only if it's like really strong, and close by. I know there's a small chance of getting struck by lightning, but it's still scary. And I hate how loud it is. Gahhh. And it causes fires too so there's like more to gahhhhh about.
Atomosophobia (fear of atomic explosions) -- Because you never know if the toilet's really alive, and if it's going to get back at you for not flushing*.... I'm kidding! But I don't like atomic explosions - not exactly a happy thing to think about, though I'm glad, because I doubt I'm ever going to experience one.
Cynophobia (fear of dogs) -- Don't get me wrong - I love dogs. But as I've never had any pet before, and I don't know many people with dogs, I'm just not used to dogs being around me. I'll most likely to run and hide when even a small dog barks at me. Most of the times though, if I get to know a dog pretty well, I won't be scared of it anymore.
Lilapsophobia (fear of tornadoes and hurricanes) -- Who isn't scared of tornadoes and hurricanes? I've never experienced neither of them, and hopefully, I never will.
*I always flush the toilet, just to make it clear. I hope you always flush the toilet too. And if you don't - I suggest that you do before you start stinking up the world. Please, and thank you. Those are the magic words.
